Blocked Units

Unit is not progressing through the services workflow and does not appear on the "correct" service.

If a unit appears "blocked" from a service, it is likely due to the Service Workflow order established during implementation. Services must be completed in the order setup during implementation. If this occurs, first verify the pervious service was completed. If it is not completed, complete that service and the unit will be unblocked automatically. 

If you want to force the unit forward to the next service, you can unblock the unit manually following these step:

To unblock the unit:

  1. Select 'Services' from the navigation menu.
  2. Locate the desired unit under the Service the unit is blocked for.
  3. Click the ellipsis to the right of the unit and select 'unblock' to complete the service.

NOTE: Once unblocked, a unit cannot be re-blocked by a user. If you think a unit is incorrectly unblocked for service(s) please chat our support team. We will review and escalate to our product team if the unit needs to be blocked again.

 

Product Fruits
When looking for a unit under Services, be sure to review each tile in the Turn Flow. The unit may not appear on the default, which is Not Assigned.
