Unable to Assign (Vendor or Internal Teams)

How to troubleshoot if you are having difficulty assigning work to a vendor or internal team.

If you are unable to assign work to a vendor or internal team, please ensure that the following areas in Turnable have been set up properly by completing the following:

  1. Ensure that a team has been created for the vendor.
  2. Ensure the vendor is associated to the team.
  3. Ensure that the vendor services have been added in association to the work that the vendor is being assigned.
