Unable to Assign (Vendor or Internal Teams)
How to troubleshoot if you are having difficulty assigning work to a vendor or internal team.
If you are unable to assign work to a vendor or internal team, please ensure that the following areas in Turnable have been set up properly by completing the following:
- Ensure that a team has been created for the vendor.
- Ensure the vendor is associated to the team.
- Ensure that the vendor services have been added in association to the work that the vendor is being assigned.
