Keys not marked as returned in Turnable
When a unit is moved out on the PMS the unit will be marked as Keys Returned in Turnable. If you notice this is not happening, please either enter a Help Ticket or submit a chat to let us know.
There may be a setting on the PMS integration side that needs to be corrected or there may be a conflict on the Turnable side. A member of our support team will escalate this issue for you and a member of our product team will connect with instructions or a solution.
