Turn Workflow
The Turn Flow page is where you'll move units through each step of turn from Walk, to Services, to Sparkle.
Once keys are returned, you're ready to start moving units through the Turn Flow. First, units will move through the Walk Turn Flow where Internal Staff Teams will inspect the units and identify services that are needed. After that, your vendors are ready to begin work on the Services Turn Flow. When vendors have completed their work, Internal QC Teams will review the work through quality checks, where they'll either give their stamp of approval or return items to the vendor if more work is needed. Last but not least, units will be checked again to make sure they Sparkle!
