Walk/QC: Work Not Visible on Mobile

Work not showing up in the mobile app? Follow these steps to confirm everything is setup correctly.

If you are unable to see work in the mobile app as a Walk/QC staff member, please check to see that all areas in Turnable have been set up properly by completing the following:

  1. Ensure the vendor is logging into the WHITE Turnable app for inspections.
    a) Ensure that the app has been updated.
     
  2. Ensure that the user is logging into the BLUE Turnable app for Vendor QC.
    a) Ensure that the app has been updated.
     
  3. Ensure that the staff member has been set up properly:
    a) Select 'Setup.'
    b) Select 'Staff.'
    c) Select 'Find Staff Member.'
     
  4. Ensure that staff login is enabled: 
    a) Select 'Setup.'
    b) Select 'Staff.'
    c) Select 'Find Staff Member.'
    d) Ensure that the user is enabled and active
     
  5. Ensure that staff is associated with a team: 
    a) Select 'Setup.'
    b) Select 'Teams.'
    c) Locate the team that work has been assigned to in the service que.
    d) Ensure that the user has been added under 'Team Members.'
