Services Overview

Streamline your workflow with Turnable's Service Dashboard. Easily assign units to QC teams before approval, ensuring service completion to standard. Simplify the approval process with intuitive tools, allowing for efficient management of service stages. This workflow is completed on each vendor service tab. Once a unit is approved on the Sparkle tab, that is the last step of the workflow and the unit is ready for new residents!

Things to Remember:

• Assigning a team to a unit does not start the work. When the team is ready to begin, work is started under the "Assigned" status card.
• If work assigned to a team is not completed, it may be returned to bring it back to "Assigned" to be completed at another time.
• If a QC team determines additional vendor work is required, mark the respective space(s) a go-back to bring it back to "Assigned" to be completed at another time with applicable notes.
• Once a unit has advanced to the "Approved" filter card, that is the final step for that service and the unit will advance to the next available service tab.
• Units can be returned individually or in bulk to any previous stage.
