Teams Setup - Vendor Teams
Once you’ve added Vendors in the Turn Setup section, you’re ready to configure Vendor Teams. Creating these teams enables you to assign work to specific vendors that responsible for completing work on your property. In addition to assigning work, you can also define Capacity Schedules, to account for how many units a vendor team can service per day and on which days those services will occur.
How to Add Vendor Teams
- Login to Turnable
- Select the appropriate Turn Project and Property if prompted
- Select Turn Setup > Teams
- Select Add Team
- Enter team information, selecting Vendor from the Team Type dropdown
- Select Submit
How to Vendors to Teams
Once you've gone through the initial process of creating a team, as outlined above, you can immediately add a Vendor to the Team you've created.
- If you've just created the team, select Add Vendor
- If you need to navigate to this screen Turn Setup > Teams > Select a Team under Team Names
- From the dropdown select the vendor
- Select Submit
- You can only add one vendor to a Vendor Team.
How to Create a Capacity Schedule
During the teams setup you have the option to create a Capacity Schedule. If you are not utilizing this feature, you may skip it. You can also return to it later if needed.
- Select Add Capacity Schedule
- Select Service and add the service you are scheduling
- In the Date(s) field, add the date range this service will occur
- In the Max Spaces field, enter the maximum number of spaces this service can be completed for in the given date range
- Select Submit when you are finished
How to Edit a Team
If you need to make edits to a team you've created, you can do so at any point in time.
- Navigate to Turn Setup > Teams
- Select the Team Name of the team you'd like to edit
- Select either the ellipsis or pencil icon depending on which section you need to edit
- Edit Information
- Select Submit to save changes
