Lease Status is Not Shown Correctly on Turnboard
When a lease status is updated on the PMS side the information should flow into Turnable during the next PMS sync. Syncs occur every 15 minutes. If you notice information is not flowing into Turnable you may first attempt a manual PMS sync using the Sync button on the Keys tab.
If the data has not updated after the manual sync, please either enter a Help Ticket or submit a chat to let us know.
