Unit Missing

Unit does not appear in Turnable.

Check the following areas to locate a "missing" unit. It could be the unit is blocked due to the previous step in the services workflow has not been completed which would prevent the unit from being shown on a particular tab.

Search Turnboard

  1. Start by navigating to the Turnboard and selecting the "Switch to Overview" link. 
  2. In the Unit column, search for the unit.
  3. If the Unit is located, scroll to the right to determine the Unit stage. The unit is likely in a stage that has not yet been completed. Once that stage is completed the Unit will move forward to the next Service in the Service Workflow. 

 

Product Fruits
When searching for a unit under the Service, be sure to review each tile in the Turn Flow. The unit may not appear on the default list, which is Not Assigned.

 


 

Cannot Locate Unit

If you cannot locate the Unit on the Turnboard, either submit a Help Ticket or send a chat and a member of the Support Team will escalate this issue for further investigation.
