Reset Password

Staff Members and Vendors

To reset your password from the mobile app:

1. Click the "Reset Password" button.
2. Manually reset your password.
3. Confirm your new password and save your changes.

Administrators

To reset a password from the web app:

1. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner
2. From the user list, locate the desired user in the list or search for the user using the name search field.
3. Select the user name (blue link) to access the user record.
4. On the User Account tile, click either "Reset Password" OR "Manually Reset Password".

Only users with admin permissions have access to this area of Turnable.
