Vendor Cannot See Punch Service
Punch maintenance is not setup as a default Vendor service. If you requested this service during Turnable setup please verify the following items before opening a ticket with our Help Desk team.
- Ensure the vendor is logging into the BLUE Turnable app.
a) Update the app if necessary.
- Ensure that the vendor has been set up:
a) Select 'Setup.'
b) Select 'Vendor.'
c) Select 'Find Vendor.'
d) Ensure that the vendor has has login credentials. If not, instruct the user to create vendor login credentials.
- Ensure that the vendor has all services being performed:
a) Select 'Setup.'
b) Select 'Vendor.'
c) Select 'Find Vendor.'
d) Ensure services are listed under 'Services.'
- Ensure that the vendor is associated with a team:
a) Select 'Setup.'
b) Select 'Vendor.'
c) Select 'Find Vendor.'
d) If a vendor team has been created, ensure that the vendor has been added as a team member.
