Vendor Cannot See Punch Service

Punch maintenance is not setup as a default Vendor service. If you requested this service during Turnable setup please verify the following items before opening a ticket with our Help Desk team.

  1. Ensure the vendor is logging into the BLUE Turnable app.
    a) Update the app if necessary.
     
  2. Ensure that the vendor has been set up:
    a) Select 'Setup.'
    b) Select 'Vendor.'
    c) Select 'Find Vendor.'
    d) Ensure that the vendor has has login credentials. If not, instruct the user to create vendor login credentials.
     
  3. Ensure that the vendor has all services being performed:
    a) Select 'Setup.'
    b) Select 'Vendor.'
    c) Select 'Find Vendor.'
    d) Ensure services are listed under 'Services.'
     
  4. Ensure that the vendor is associated with a team:
    a) Select 'Setup.'
    b) Select 'Vendor.'
    c) Select 'Find Vendor.'
    d) If a vendor team has been created, ensure that the vendor has been added as a team member.
